Job Description Are you a Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering graduate looking to start a career in technical sales?
We are recruiting for a Junior Technical Sales Engineer to join a growing specialist distributor of water treatment pumps, dosing systems, sensors, and process control instrumentation.
This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for a STEM graduate seeking to move into a commercial, customer-facing engineering role. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to customers on water treatment systems
* Assist with selection of pumps, dosing equipment, and instrumentation
* Support troubleshooting of basic water treatment and process issues
* Prepare quotations and process customer orders
* Learn to interpret water chemistry and application requirements
* Work closely with internal engineering and sales teams
Candidate Requirements
* Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM discipline
* Strong interest in technical sales and customer-facing engineering roles
* Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
* Any knowledge of water treatment, pumps, dosing systems, pH, ORP, conductivity, or flow systems is advantageous but not essential
