Personal Injury Solicitor – EL/PL & Regulatory

Salary: Up to £70,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Level: Associate - NQ-4 PQE Defendant Litigation Focus
Range of EL/PL work with exposure to regulatory
* Manage a caseload of defendant EL/PL claims, including fast-track, multi-track and catastrophic injury matters
* Advise major corporate clients on complex litigation strategy
* Support senior lawyers on HSE investigations, product law and inquests
* Contribute to client care and case strategy across personal injury and regulatory matters
Ideal candidate
