Duties:
* Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
* Conduct routine inspections and perform basic troubleshooting of machinery.
* Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, adjustments, and maintenance tasks.
* Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines as required.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to meet health and safety standards.
* Support quality control by inspecting finished products for defects or irregularities.
* Follow safety protocols diligently to minimise risks during operations.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Experience:
* Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
* Experience in assembly processes or working within a production environment is desirable.
* Ability to read technical drawings or instructions is a plus.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods.
