The Role
:
1. Achieving daily pick rates/KPI’s
2. Voice picking using a headset
3. Driving/operating a LLOP (low level order picker)
4. Adhere to health and safety regulations.
5. Make sure products are secured, marked up correctly, and in the correct area for dispatch.
6. Can be physically demanding.
7. Ensure the workplace is kept clean and tidy and ensure all spillages/breakages are cleared immediately.
8. Full coaching and training is provided alongside and throughout of a 12 week structured training plan tailored to the department and the employee
The Candidate:
9. No previous experience needed as full training will be provided.
10. Must live locally or have own means of transport due to shift times
11. Good attitude towards work
