We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join a leading housing provider, delivering high-quality repairs, refurbishment, and maintenance services for local authorities and housing associations. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing excellent service to communities.
Responsibilities
* Undertaking a wide range of reactive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including leak detection and repairs, installing bath panels, pipework and taps.
* Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.
* Providing excellent customer service and representing the housing provider in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
* City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing
* Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
