Summary
We are currently in search of a full-time Video Editor, Videographer and Content Creator to join our growing Creative Team at Firebird Events. You will be required to support the end-to-end delivery of video editing projects, working closely with the project managers and clients to ensure a stunning end-product, delivered on time and within budget. Including work on-site filming. This position will be based at our offices in Farnborough, Hampshire, and would offer flexible hours where required.
Responsibilities
* Full compilation and high-end edit of footage (mainly corporate)
* Graphic animation and audio optimisation
* Design of vectored Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop artwork for events.
* Collaboration with internal & external stakeholders throughout the pre-production, live production, and post-production process.
* Supporting the sales team with project time estimations for quoting purposes.
* Creating project timelines and liaising with Clients to ensure timely delivery.
* Manage to work both on-site as well as at the occasional off-site location.
* Discover and implement new techniques and methods to maximize the company's efficiency.
* Working within a growing Creative department and collaborating with the wider team.
Skills
* Excellent level of skill in Adobe Premiere Pro and ideally After Effects with at least two years of full time editing experience.
* Clear, methodical workflow & timeline creation to ensure best collaboration with the wider team.
* Proficient in the core Microsoft Office suite of products.
* Flexible with the working hours involved in the live events industry.
* Proven Videography experience (particularly event highlight videos and Vox Pop videos)
Working Hours
* Mixture of hours made up at the main office, on-site and in our green screen studio, due to the nature of events times will vary from week to week
* Our core working hours are 9:00 to 17:00
* We will aim to always inform you with at least 7 days notice the hours you are required to work the following week
* We offer a minimum shift pay of 5 hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
