The Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support to students across Key Stages 3–5. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about inclusion and supporting young people with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs.
• Assisting teachers in adapting lessons to ensure accessibility and engagement.
• Supporting learners’ social, emotional, and academic progress.
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for students.
