Overview
The Skills Bootcamps Operations Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations of our Skills Bootcamp Programme. This role ensures delivery is efficient, compliant and aligned with strategic goals and funding requirements. The postholder will work closely with delivery partners, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure learners and employers benefit from a high-quality, responsive and impactful programme.
Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day operations of the Skills Bootcamp Programme.
* Oversee performance monitoring, contract compliance, and operational planning.
* Support continuous improvement, contribute to evaluation and reporting, and help shape the future direction of the programme.
* Support coordination with delivery partners and internal teams; manage relationships and problem-solve in a fast-paced delivery environment.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in operational management, ideally in education, skills or employment sectors
* Strong project delivery skills across multiple stakeholders
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
* Familiarity with government-funded programmes (e.g. Skills Bootcamps, apprenticeships) is a plus

This range is provided by The Skills and Business Hub. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Skills Bootcamp Programme Manager
Location
Hybrid working with an office base at the MyWorkspot Proxima, 1 Grenfell Rd, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 1HN (attendance at the office is expected on regular occasions).
Working hours
Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours per week. We will consider part-time or flexible working.
