Join a leading video gaming business and take your finance career to the next level. They're looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in our Commercial & FP&A team.
Your new role
* Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports for senior leadership and Group Finance, including KPI dashboards and variance analysis.
* Analyse game portfolio performance: growth trends, ROI on marketing, profitability, and key KPIs.
* Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with People & Culture, Product, Data Science, Tech, and Strategy teams.
* Support new game modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to inform business cases and growth plans.
* Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and integration of new financial systems (Anaplan, D365).
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience
* Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within gaming, tech, or entertainment.
* Expertise in financial systems (D365, BI tools) and advanced Excel modelling.
* Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical skills, and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
