Hybrid working 3 days per week in the office
Job Details -
* Provide hands-on HR support during a period of organisational change. Focus areas include employee relations, absence management, disciplinary and grievance cases, and supporting operational managers across the Waste Management service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage 5–7 active ER cases
* Advise on policy, compliance, and restructures
* Reduce absence rates through OH and manager support
* Engage with trade unions and resolve formal grievances
* Help embed cultural and workforce changes
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
