Electrical Engineer – Social Housing (London - Roles in various areas)

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance, and testing within social housing properties.
* Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding, and electrical upgrades.
* Ensure all work complies with BS 7671 and relevant electrical safety standards.
* Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
* Follow safe working practices across all aspects of the job.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* City & Guilds Level 2 / Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (essential)
* AM2 qualification (desirable)
* Experience in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and safety standards
Desirable Qualifications
* City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent
* Additional electrical certifications or specialist training courses
