Are you an experienced teaching assistant with a background in supporting students with special educational needs?
Protocol Education are currently working with several schools in the Brent area that are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for an immediate start.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students with a range of special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and develop their skills in a nurturing and inclusive environment. You will play a vital role in enabling every student to reach their full potential by providing tailored support alongside teaching staff. Ideally, you will have a demonstratable background working with children with SEN, and be willing to get stuck in.
Job Duties:
* Support classroom teachers in delivering tailored learning experiences.
* Help create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Support students with unique social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support as needed.
* Monitor and report on student progress and wellbeing.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents and specialists to ensure effective support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
