Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic records and documentation. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. About You You’ll be an experienced care professional with: Experience of assessing adult care needs, risk management and care planning. A background in social care, health care or community settings. Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills. The ability to work flexibly — independently and as part of a team — to meet service needs 7 days a week. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle. You’ll also be self-motivated, compassionate, and confident in supporting vulnerable adults while maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and professionalism. Qualifications: Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Health or Social Care (or willingness to work towards). Competency certificates in care, manual handling, and simple aids/adaptations (or willingness to obtain). What We Offer Join a team that invests in you.
