Admin Support Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and well-organised Senior Office Administrator to support their busy Customer Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career with a leading company and contributing to a friendly and professional team. The office is based in the Aston area
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
Answering phone calls and handling general email correspondence
Assisting with document preparation and internal communications
Maintaining accurate records and supporting with invoicing and orders
Office Admin Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Senior admin support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook)
Advanced Excel User
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
Able to work independently and as part of larger team
Office hours :
Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm and Fridays 8.30am – 1.30pm
Pay Rate dependent on Experience up to £14.00 per hour
