In this exciting multi-skilled role, you’ll join a dynamic maintenance team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton. Here, you’ll provide essential engineering maintenance support to our cutting-edge manufacturing assets and equipment, including:
* Automated equipment with robots
* Automated welding and joining systems
* Laser joining systems
* Automated conveyors
* Complex tooling and lifting equipment
Whether you’re an electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, or a multiskilled engineer, we’ll equip you with the training and support you need to elevate your career. You’ll have access to top-notch training programs, including Siemens, Kuka Robotics, and ABB Robotics Training. Plus, you’ll work in one of the cleanest and most modern factories in the area, where our team truly enjoys their work!

What to Expect
As a valued member of the Maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:
* Being the first response to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime while adhering to safe working practices.
* Carrying out preventive maintenance checks and ensuring timely completion.
* Implementing permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
* Participating in weekend and shutdown work to deliver projects as needed.
* Embracing ongoing training opportunities as required by the business.
What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a blend of ambition and the following qualifications:
* A relevant Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds in Engineering.
* Significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Familiarity with CNC Machining Centres, conveyor systems, and auxiliary equipment.
* Strong knowledge of Siemens PLCs and electrical fault-finding techniques.
