We're a respected and expanding engineering practice in Cornwall looking to welcome two Structural Engineers into our team:
* Graduate / Junior Structural Engineer (1-2 years' experience)
* Experienced / Senior Structural Engineer (4-5+ years' experience)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, hands-on business working across a wide portfolio of residential and commercial projects throughout the region.
The Opportunity
* Work on diverse projects ranging from small domestic alterations to multi-million-pound developments
* Full project lifecycle involvement: design, client interaction, budgeting, and delivery
* Collaborate closely with planning and architectural teams
* Clear scope for progression, increased responsibility, and commercial exposure
Who We're Looking For
Graduate / Junior Structural Engineer
* 1-2 years' post-graduation experience within a UK consultancy
* BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Working towards chartership
* Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients
Experienced / Senior Structural Engineer
* 4-5+ years' consultancy experience
* Chartered or working towards chartership
* Commercially aware with solid client-facing experience
* Comfortable leading projects and contributing beyond core design duties
General Requirements
* Strong technical design and analytical abilities
* Solid understanding of structural engineering principles
* Interest or experience in Party Wall work (desirable)
* Office-based with regular site visits as required
