The Role
As an AI Engineer, you will:
* Design and build cloud-based AI solutions (AWS preferred).
* Develop and deliver AI proof of concepts (PoCs) to solve real business problems.
* Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and other advanced AI techniques.
* Work across teams to integrate AI into scalable production systems.
* Continuously explore emerging AI/ML technologies to drive innovation.

Technical Skills
We\'re looking for someone with:
* 3+ years\' commercial engineering experience (AI or software engineering)
* Strong development skills (Python preferred)
* Proven experience in AI/ML - e.g. NLP, RAG, vector databases, LLM integration
* Cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Experience with AI pipelines, APIs, and CI/CD
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
