What Were Looking For - Head Chef
Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, branded, or destination venue
Strong leadership skills to inspire, train, and develop your team
Solid background in kitchen management stock, rotas, food safety, SOPs
A flair for presentation and quality with the ability to deliver consistency at scale
Excellent communication and a true people-first approach
