They're looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice who's excited to learn new skills, get involved in real projects, and be part of a supportive team.
You'll help create social media posts, come up with new campaign ideas, and learn how to share their story in fun and interesting ways. In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job: Check how online adverts are doing and suggest changes to help stay on budget and get good results.
Use tools like Google Analytics to see which adverts or posts bring in the most visitors or sign-ups.
Update website pages and social media using WordPress and Meta Business Suite.
Make simple graphics and banners for adverts or social media using Canva and Photoshop.
Help run both online campaigns (emails, posts, blogs, website pages) and offline ones (event stands, leaflets, banners).
Use LinkedIn Campaign Manager for adverts and work with suppliers to print materials for events.
Talk to team members and partners to gather ideas and create content that interests customers.
Help with admin jobs like updating spreadsheets, writing reports, and supporting event planning.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Salary, Hours&Benefits: £18,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we'll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.
With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you'll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
