Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: We have strong hands-on experience using and administering SAP SuccessFactors. We have experience working with people data, analytics, and MI reporting. We are confident supporting system enhancements, updates, and testing cycles. We have excellent stakeholder communication skills. Exposure to SAP Datasphere and/or SAP Analytics Cloud is highly advantageous, though not essential. Responsibilities: We will manage the day-to-day operation, administration, and optimisation of our SAP SuccessFactors platform across multiple modules. We will support the ongoing maintenance and administration of SuccessFactors. We will assist with system updates, upgrades, testing, and new releases. We will support and improve other people-related systems and business tools. We will produce and contribute MI, analytics, and reporting for senior stakeholders across the business.
