Applications are invited for the position of Deputy Care Home Manager.
We are seeking an experienced and competent practitioner in Adult Social Care to work as a deputy manager at Moss Park.
The successful applicant will work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure a safe and effective transition of the service. They will deputise in the absence of the home manager and have responsibility to support assurance of care home standards that meet the health and wellbeing needs of all residents.
Applicants should be able to prioritise workload, be autonomous in decision-making, and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
Applicants should have experience in assessing, planning, and providing high standards of safe, person-centred care. The role includes supporting staff training needs and monitoring standards to ensure quality assurance.
Effective communication skills and the ability to use NHS IT systems are essential requirements for this role.
