What you’ll do: • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities • Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive retention and upsell • Create and execute strategic sales plans to hit ambitious revenue targets • Deliver compelling proposals, lead sales presentations, and close contracts • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction What you’ll bring: • Strong B2B sales experience – ideally in FM, property management, or related sectors • A proven track record of winning large contracts and exceeding targets • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Experience selling seasonal or budget-sensitive services (preferred) • Confidence with CRM systems (we use Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Office Why join OUTCO?
