Teaching Personnel are recruiting Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors to work on a day-to-day supply basis across a range of primary and secondary schools throughout Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire.
These roles are ideal for individuals seeking flexible work that fits around other commitments, or for those looking to gain experience across different school environments.
Experience within schools is beneficial but not essential. We welcome applicants with transferable skills from areas such as care, youth work, sports coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or customer-facing roles.
Your Role
* Support pupils 1:1, in small groups, or whole-class (role dependent)
* Assist with learning, engagement and behaviour management
* Deliver or supervise pre-set work when covering lessons
* Maintain a calm, safe and structured classroom environment
* Work closely with teachers and school staff to support daily routines

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
