About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will support the physical, emotional and social well‑being of our residents. This includes personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, as well as helping with daily activities within the home.
Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate personal care to residents, ensuring their dignity and individuality is respected.
* Assist with daily living activities and help residents maintain their independence wherever possible.
* Work a flexible schedule in a mixture of day and night shifts, including weekends, as required by a seven‑day rota.
* Recognise and respond to signs of abuse, harm or neglect, completing all safeguarding training and reporting concerns appropriately.
* Support residents in a digital care‑planning environment and assist with the use of technology in their daily care.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Full or part‑time availability to work a mix of days and nights, including weekends.
* Right to work in the United Kingdom; sponsorship will not be offered.
* Experience in care settings preferred, but all candidates with a caring attitude and willingness to learn will be considered.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
