* Contract: 6-month Seasonal Contract
* Salary: Up to £12.21 per hour
* Work Days & Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week

About the Role
The Seasonal Property Checker will be crucial in maintaining our high standards by inspecting properties and ensuring quality. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to perfection.
You will visit our properties to inspect and ensure standards are met, communicate closely with the office to report maintenance and housekeeping issues, and assist in maintaining our high service standards.
We are looking for someone who can start quickly, with excellent cleaning experience, to work as part of our friendly, fast-paced team, meeting the needs of our guests and owners.
Your Responsibilities
As Property Checker, your responsibilities will include:
* Inspecting properties and addressing any issues found
* Checking garden and outdoor areas, including BBQs and hot tubs
* Stocking starter supplies like logs/kindling for fires in winter
* Ensuring welcome packs and cleaning supplies are ready for guests
* Preparing properties for early check-in when needed
* Verifying that heating, TV remotes, key safes, and lighting are operational
* Fulfilling specific requests such as high chairs or twin beds
* Occasionally liaising with owners or caretakers to resolve minor issues
* Assisting with property cleaning if required
* Delivering missed or unexpected items as needed
* Conducting inventory checks on vacant properties, updating records, and liaising with owners for replacements
* Monitoring oil tank levels in winter and coordinating restocking
* Reporting maintenance issues and fixing minor problems when appropriate
* Providing office support during busy holiday periods if required
