Join a Growing Accounting & Advisory Firm – Be the Backbone of the Team An established and forward-thinking accounting and advisory firm is looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager/Administrator to support their day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly — all while being the friendly, professional first point of contact for clients. Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Organise and manage schedules for senior staff. Client Onboarding: Oversee engagement letters, AML checks, and new client setup. Financial Admin: Handle invoicing, direct debit collections, and reconciliations. Compliance Oversight: Manage confirmation statements and dormant account filings. Office Coordination: Take care of phones, emails, and general administrative tasks. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date client files and documentation. Client Liaison: Be the first point of contact—friendly, responsive, and professional. What They’re Looking For: This is more than just a checklist admin role — they're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and a desire to grow. Someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment. You’ll ideally have: Proven experience in administration or office management Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A tech-savvy mindset with a drive to improve systems A proactive, solution-oriented attitude A genuine interest in providing outstanding client service
