SEN Teaching Assistant – (Learning disabilities and Autism) needed!
REED Education work closely with a special educational needs (SEN) school, located just outside of Cambridge, by supplying SEN Teaching Assistant's on both long-term contracts and on a temp-to-perm basis.
Starting from ASAP or Easter half term, the school and I are looking for multiple SEN Teaching Assistants to join their growing and friendly team to support the pupils in this fast paced and modern SEN school.

The Role (SEN Teaching Assistant):
* Supporting children on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Developing each child academically, socially and emotionally
* No two days will be the same
* Full time hours based on school term time (32.5 hours per week)
* Working inside and outside the classroom

What you will need:
* Experience working with special educational needs (beneficial NOT essential)
* Available to work full-time (school hours)
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude to work
* Understanding that each child will require an individual approach and support plan
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Enhanced DBS check (we can provide this)
