6. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are well-maintained.
7. Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and documentation.
8. Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers as needed.
9. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
10. Assist with ad hoc tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist / Front of House should have:
11. Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role, preferably within professional services.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
