You’ll be paid a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, dependent upon experience. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Produce management information to the agreed schedule, daily/weekly/monthly for all levels of the business – which then enables stakeholders to provide actionable insight driving strategic and operational decisions
* Design, create and maintain bespoke and ad-hoc reports in line with current operational requirements and project activities - you will gather and analyse data, then adapt it to present in a way that is appropriate for the intended audience
* Build an understanding of our warehouse environment and customers’ expectations, whilst maintaining a great working relationship with all on-site teams
* Actively promote a continuous improvement culture within the team, especially around building more efficient MI tools to BAU reporting and projects scoping
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Experience working with large volumes of data from different sources, adapting data to make sure it is fit-for-purpose
* A strong analytical ability and an inquisitive mind, with the ability to translate data into visuals and adapt visualisation depending on the audience
* Confident communication skills, to present information to managers and able to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
* Confident MS Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI
