Your Journey Starts Here

We offer a 3-week induction with a dedicated buddy to support you from day one. As part of your journey with us, you'll be expected to complete the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care during your probation period. We'll support your development with dedicated study days and ongoing guidance to help you succeed.

Driving makes a difference — you\'ll need to be able to drive to support individuals in accessing their local community and enjoying greater independence.

Compensation & Benefits

* £12.60 per hour (Real Living Wage)
* Enhanced pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays
* Sleep-ins paid at £65 per shift
* We pay the Real Living Wage — starting rate currently £12.60 per hour
* Holiday entitlement that scales with service; option to purchase additional hours
* Occupational sick pay and statutory sick pay; Employee Assistance Programme
* Travel: 45p per mile; cycle purchase scheme
