About the Role As the Outreach Delivery Officer, you will:
7. Collaborate with the UAO Outreach Team and with access and outreach colleagues across the collegiate University to manage the continuous development and implementation of our outreach and access programme
8. Oversee the delivery of online and in-person events
9. Drive external communications strategy, engaging with students, teachers, parents and families
10. Manage data quality and provide regular evaluation reports, ensuring continued improvements to the programme and its practices
11. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders including academics and colleagues working in access and outreach, student support, and conferences and events.
Key Responsibilities
12. Manage the operational delivery of the online events, the online academic course held on the University’s virtual learning environment (Canvas), and the in-person residential in Oxford for the Opportunity Oxford academic transition programme for university offer-holders.
13. Implement and support internal and external communications strategies, taking the lead in managing significant areas of stakeholder relationships.
14. Manage, support and develop the skills of student ambassadors during event delivery.
15. Ensure high-quality data management and reporting which contributes to the evaluation of the programme.
16. Propose and implement improvements to the programme and practices.
17. Collaborate with the programme team and colleagues across the university’s colleges and faculties.
