Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Childcare Teaching Assistants. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with qualified teachers to support the delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children, helping to inspire a lifelong love of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering age-appropriate activities and lessons
* Provide individualized support to children with varying needs and abilities
* Foster positive relationships with children and families, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being
* Support children in developing social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills through play-based learning experiences
* Assist with daily routines, including meal times, toileting, and transitions
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting preferred
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
* Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
