Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and production activities.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen operations.
* Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dishes that enhance the dining experience.
* Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned regularly.
* Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen policies.

* Strong culinary skills with a solid background in food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a kitchen environment.
* Experience in supervising or managing a team within a hospitality setting.
