Destination is an award winning, family run, Indian restaurant. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires individuals who are passionate about food and beverage service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed
* Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
* Handle catering requests and assist with event setup when necessary
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
* Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Skills
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
* Experience in catering or serving roles is an advantage
* Experience of working behind a bar is beneficial
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
