Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Holt, with the flexibility of some remote work. As an Events Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling sponsorships, delegate packages, and exhibition spaces for our premier business events. Day-to-day activities include identifying and pursuing prospective clients, nurturing relationships with key existing and potential clients, preparing tailored sales pitches, and negotiating contracts. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with the company’s goals and assist in ensuring client satisfaction by attending events and providing support.


Qualifications

* Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals
* Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships and providing exceptional customer service
* Effective communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and adaptability
* Experience with CRM tools and an understanding of sales pipelines and lead generation practices
* Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with event management and industry trends is highly advantageous
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
