A fast-growing, international FMCG company—home to several high-profile health and wellness brands—is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join their UK team for a 12-14 month fixed-term contract.
With operations in over 40 global markets and a footprint across grocery, e-commerce, convenience, and sport and fitness, this business continues to scale rapidly. Joining the London-based team, you will play a key role in shaping the finance function locally while supporting broader group initiatives.
The Opportunity
In this hands-on role, you’ll report to the Head of Finance and take ownership of core management accounting activities, commercial reporting, and business partnering. You’ll work closely with both UK&I teams and the wider group finance function, headquartered in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts
* Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and commercial accruals
* Contribute to local and group reporting packs
* Support Account Assistant with Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, and Accounts Payable processes
* Assist in cash flow forecasting and banking/payment run reviews
* Prepare VAT and corporation tax returns
* Act as liaison for auditors, preparing required documentation
* Lead and participate in ad hoc financial projects and reporting improvements
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience
* Solid management accounting knowledge and commercial finance understanding
* Previous experience in FMCG or a high-growth challenger brand is advantageous
* Strong Excel skills; experience with Microsoft D365 and Power BI is a plus
* Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proactive, organised, and able to juggle competing priorities with ease
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in fast-moving settings
