As a Programme Coordinator, you'll work within our Family Hub model to deliver an evidence-based programme that supports nurseries, childminders, and family hubs to embed a whole-setting approach to health and wellbeing. Your role will involve building strong partnerships, providing guidance, and helping settings achieve the HALO award, ensuring every child has access to excellent guidance on healthy eating, physical activity, and emotional wellbeing.
In this role, you'll coordinate and deliver health and wellbeing initiatives across early years settings, providing evidence‑based advice and training to staff. You'll build strong relationships with partners to promote a whole‑systems approach, while leading audits, evaluating progress, and sharing best practice to drive continuous improvement.
We are looking for candidates who-
* RQF Level 4 qualification in Early Years, Social Care, or Public Health.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
* An excellent Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to equality, diversity, and continuous professional development.
You'll need to be confident using ICT systems, willing to travel across East Sussex, and occasionally work outside normal hours.
