About the role
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance consumer experience for our wine brands. You will collaborate with the marketing team, sales, and external agencies to implement campaigns, manage brand communications, and strengthen our market presence. Creativity, strategic thinking, and project management skills are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
* Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and implement strategies that promote brand growth and engagement. Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social, events, and retail channels.
* Brand Management & Positioning: Oversee brand direction, ensuring consistency and compelling identity. Develop positioning and messaging to resonate with target consumers.
* New Product Development (NPD): Drive NPD to support future growth and relevance.
* Integrated Campaign Development: Lead creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring impact and measurability.
* Digital Marketing: Manage digital activities including paid media, content, social media, and email marketing.
* Market & Consumer Insights: Use research and analysis to guide decisions, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies.
* Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
* Campaign Performance: Track and analyze campaign results, making data-driven improvements.
* Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring ROI and resource allocation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, customer marketing, product teams, and external partners.
Other Key Requirements
* Occasional business travel
* Out-of-hours work may be required
What you’ll bring:
* Experience: 5-7 years in marketing, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or wine industries. Proven success in managing integrated campaigns.
* Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and develop teams, lead cross-functional projects.
* Strategic & Creative Thinking: Innovative with a results-oriented approach.
* Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital channels, tools, and analytics.
* Brand Management & NPD: Skilled in brand positioning and consumer insights.
* Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Budget Management: Experienced in managing marketing budgets effectively.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of engaging stakeholders.
