As a Process Engineer in our Surface Technology team, you'll be the go-to expert for plating shop processes-optimizing performance, solving production challenges, and ensuring quality meets the highest aerospace standards. What You'll Do Design, configure, and refine plating shop processes from startup to steady state. Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and risk assessments. Investigate non-conformities and implement lasting improvements. Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop tooling that boosts efficiency and quality. Keep processes aligned with OEM, REACH, and COSHH requirements. What You Bring Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Process, or Chemical Engineering (or related science). 3-5 years' electro-plating or metal finishing experience, ideally in aerospace. Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Statistical Process Control. Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
