At Stanley House Hotel & Spa, we’re looking for a
Spa Manager to lead our award-winning, 5-bubble spa and create exceptional
guest experiences in one of Lancashire’s most beautiful settings.
Set within 54 acres of Ribble Valley countryside, this is
your opportunity to run a premium spa operation, lead a passionate team, and
shape the guest journey from start to finish.

Your role
You’ll be the driving force behind the spa—balancing hands-on
leadership, team development, and commercial performance.
* Lead
and inspire the spa team day-to-day
* Deliver
exceptional guest experiences and service recovery
* Manage
rotas, staffing, and recruitment
* Maximise
revenue through bookings, promotions, and upselling
* Oversee
spa standards, cleanliness, and 5-bubble compliance
* Ensure
smooth operation of spa systems and booking processes
* Play
a key role in maintaining and achieving spa accreditations
What we’re looking for
* Experience
as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager ready to step up
* Background
in a luxury or high-standard spa environment
* NVQ
Level 3 (or equivalent: CIDESCO, CIBTAC, massage qualification)
* A
hands-on leader who supports and motivates their team
* Strong
commercial awareness and organisational skills
* A
natural ability to create a calm, welcoming guest experience
