We are not your standard reactive plumbing company. We are expanding our fleet and are looking for a skilled, motivated, and highly reliable Gas Safe Engineer to take over a high-volume, high-reward territory. * *Pay:* £35,000 to £44,000 basic salary (based on experience) + highly lucrative performance/loyalty bonuses (OTE up to £70,000)

*The Role* You will be representing the company directly in customers’ homes, handling a fast-paced mix of private and insurance claims.
* Boiler breakdown diagnostics and repairs (Vaillant, Worcester, Ideal, Baxi, etc.)
* Boiler installations (combi, system, heat only) and occasional heating upgrades
* Servicing & Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
* General domestic plumbing/heating fault finding and repairs
* *1-in-2 Standby Rota:* You will be on-call every other weekend for emergency breakdowns (fully compensated and a key driver of your £70k OTE).
* Managing job statuses, SLAs, and updates via our job tracking apps
*Essential Requirements*
* *Qualifications:* Current Gas Safe Registration (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)
* *Experience:* Minimum 2–3 years of experience specifically in domestic plumbing/heating breakdowns, diagnostics, and repairs.
* *Driving:* Full, clean UK driving licence
* *Traits:* Strong work ethic, reliable, clean, and completely confident working independently in the field with excellent customer service skills.
*Desirable (But not essential)*
* Unvented (G3) qualification
* Experience working in a KPI or performance-based role
