Role/Team Overview
We are looking for individuals who share our vision to join our Supporting People on Probation Team in Essex as a Supporting People on Probation Navigator. Candidates may have experience in prisons, probation, police, courts, or related fields. Suitable backgrounds include psychology graduates, life coaches, counsellors, psychotherapists, or those with experience in education, social services, health, social prescribing, or foster care. Transferable skills and a passion for making a difference are key. The role involves working with individuals to understand their lifestyle, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and social exclusion, supporting them to rebuild relationships and move towards a positive future.
The Job
* Supporting People on Probation Navigator in Essex
* Full-time, fixed-term contract until July 2026
* Some interventions may be delivered virtually; however, this is primarily an in-person service, requiring daily attendance at a work location
* Some evening work may be required
