Create and publish engaging content across TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram — from short-form videos to BTS snapshots, thought leadership posts, and visual carousels.
Responsibilities:
1. Be the face of THG's TikTok channel, confidently presenting and creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences and elevates brand personality.
2. Jump on emerging trends and moments that are relevant and appropriate for our corporate brand; schedule, publish, and monitor posts.
3. Support a team of Content Ambassadors by setting monthly project briefs to produce employee-generated content (EGC).
4. Collaborate with internal teams to amplify campaigns, projects, and people stories, attending brand activations and events.
5. Contribute to platform-specific calendars, social copywriting, and visual asset development.
6. Engage with THG's social community, respond to comments, and derive insights from audience behaviour.
7. Produce monthly reports with learnings and recommendations to refine social strategy.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of hands-on social media experience and a passion for digital storytelling.
* Enthusiasm for showcasing employer brand in bold, engaging ways.
* Proactive, organized, and capable of delivering creative ideas independently.
* Curiosity, creativity, and collaborative spirit.
* Attention to detail in copy, visuals, and metrics.
* Familiarity with tools like Sprout, Canva, and Figma (bonus if experienced with others).
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
