In this role you will work within a team of Helpdesk Administrators, liasing directly with customers and scheduling engineers and dealing with any issues. You'll be provided with full training on products and systems, and be provided on-going training and development going forward. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, good customer service skills as well as previous experience scheduling/routing engineers/technicians.
