We are looking for an RF Alignment Technician to support the testing, tuning and verification of RF and microwave modules and subsystems within a production environment.
This is a practical, hands-on technician role, working closely with test and engineering teams to align products to specification and support day-to-day production and test activities.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out alignment, tuning and basic calibration of RF and microwave modules and assemblies
*
Set up and operate RF test equipment such as spectrum analysers, signal generators, VNAs and power meters
*
Perform routine RF tests including output power, gain, frequency response, return loss and basic noise measurements
*
Follow defined test and alignment procedures and accurately record results
*
Identify and report faults or deviations during testing and support fault-finding under engineering guidance
*
Assist engineers and senior technicians during new product introduction and test bench setup
*
Support production teams by re-testing, re-working and verifying units where required
*
Maintain a clean, safe and organised test environment and follow health & safety procedures
Skills & Experience
*
Previous experience in an RF, electronics or test technician role (or relevant practical training)
*
Familiarity with RF test equipment (spectrum analysers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters)
*
Basic understanding of RF and microwave principles
*
Ability to follow test instructions, schematics and procedures accurately
*
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
*
Comfortable working in a production or lab environment
