Overview
Starting Salary: £25,857 per annum
Earning Potential: Up to £26,357 per annum (upon achieving bonus targets)
Location: Rugby (relocating to Coventry in June 2027)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM / 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 4:30 PM, with one Saturday shift every 7 weeks
Please note: Volvo Group Logistics will be relocating from Rugby to Coventry. Ideally, candidates should be happy to commute to both sites during the transition period.

What will you do?
* Unloading inbound delivery vehicles safely and checking products against delivery notes.
* Quality-checking products and placing them in the correct storage locations with accurate system updates.
* Releasing orders from operating systems and preparing them for picking in line with established procedures.
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
* Conducting spot and cyclic stock checks in line with current procedures.
* Managing incoming returns and processing them accurately.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working area, ensuring protective covers are in place and waste is disposed of properly.
* Operating mechanical handling equipment safely and reporting any defects or hazards.
* Managing stock moves and extractions to ensure proper stock management across all areas.
* Supporting health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
* Contributing to business targets and goals, participating in new working practices, reconfiguring layouts, and improving efficiency.
* Participating in employee review processes and proactively contributing to team meetings.
* Taking remedial action on quality issues and collaborating with teams to prevent future concerns.
