We are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join our caring and committed team at Wormley CofE Primary School. This is a rewarding role supporting primary-aged children who experience social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties that can affect their behaviour and learning. You will work closely with class teachers and the pastoral team to help children manage their emotions, build positive relationships, and feel safe and valued at school. We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children who have SEMH or behavioural needs. Can stay calm, patient, and compassionate in challenging situations. Is passionate about supporting children in moments of crisis and helping them feel understood and supported. Can work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other professionals.
