Key Responsibilities: Proficiency in Sage is essential Utilisation of Sage 50 Accounts Professional software Managing sales orders and invoices on Sage Handling invoice financing/factoring processes, including uploading sales invoices, downloading reports, posting transactions, and reconciling Bank management tasks such as setting up bank payments, posting bank receipts and payments, and conducting bank reconciliations Reconciliation of credit card, PayPal, and petty cash expenditures on a regular basis Purchase ledger duties including entering purchase invoices, managing ledger balances, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers - Statements & Reconciliation Calculating monthly payroll hours from employee timesheets and providing details to the payroll administrator Generating monthly CIS reports for deductions on sales and amounts withheld from subcontractors Credit control activities involving chasing Domestic & Commercial Debt Preparation of quarterly VAT returns Providing the Managing Director with monthly reports on aged debtors & credit status Handling phone calls when necessary and sorting incoming mail Performing general administrative duties Benefits: 21 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays Free Parking If you are a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with a passion for numbers and organisation, we would love to hear from you Apply now to be part of our dynamic team at Access Control Solutions.
