<div><p><b>Area Sales Manager – Crane Hire & Contract Lifting</b></p><p>Job Title: Business Development Manager – Crane Hire & Contract Lifting</p><p>Industry Sector: Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Cranes, Heavy Plant Hire, Plant Hire, Crane Hire, Mobile Crane, Construction Hire, Contract Lifting, Heavy Lifting, Transport Services, Construction Sales, Sales Manager</p><p>Area to be covered: West Midlands & North West</p><p>Remuneration: £40,000 – £55,000 + uncapped commission based on percentage of turnover</p><p>Benefits: Full comprehensive benefits package</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>The role of the Business Development Manager – Crane Hire & Contract Lifting<br/>will involve:</p><ul><li>Field sales position promoting a range of mobile crane hire & contract lifting</li><li>Predominately for the modular build and roofing & cladding sector</li><li>All of your time will be spent selling to construction companies, engineering firms, main contractors, sub-contractors and end users</li><li>Turnover target will be to increase on £2.5m for the area</li><li>Project sizes can vary from £1k-£1m</li><li>Will be given hot leads from a long established and experienced team</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – Crane Hire & Contract Lifting with:</p><ul><li>Must have construction field sales experience</li><li>Ideally from a crane, contact lifting, plant hire, roofing / cladding, modular sector</li><li>Would be open in terms of what service / products sold</li><li>IT literate</li><li>Full UK driving license</li><li>Motivated, highly organised, team player</li></ul></div>
