About the Company
The company is building a category-defining, AI-native platform that enables organisations to launch and run autonomous, AI-driven services end-to-end.
This is a product-led growth (PLG), direct-signup platform, underpinned by deep technology, infrastructure, and autonomous agentic systems. Customers can self-serve, activate quickly, and scale autonomously, with selective high-touch support where needed.
The business is now entering the next phase: moving from platform readiness to customer execution, revenue, and scale.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Managing Director to run the operating engine of the business.
This is a senior, high‑ownership role for someone who wants to:
* Take a powerful product to market
* Lead execution across customers, revenue, and operations
* Help define and scale a new category
You will work closely with the Founding team on strategy while owning execution once direction is set.
Your Core Mission
Own execution across customers, revenue, and operations, leading the business through its first 100 customers and toward its scale up phase and strategic events.
You will be a key part of the leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and shaping direction, while not owning strategy outright.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Own execution for the first 100 customers and beyond, partnering with the Founder on priority accounts and ensuring customers move from promise → outcome → reference
* Run the day-to-day operating rhythm of the business, with a clear weekly execution cadence across Product, Engineering (via the CTO), Customer Delivery, and GTM
* Translate strategy into clear priorities, sequencing, and delivery; keeping the business moving forward without founder micromanagement
* Act as the translation layer between founder vision, technical reality, product priorities, and customer commitments, resolving trade-offs decisively
* Lead with clarity and calm, building trust across teams and maintaining focus
* Work with fractional leaders ( CFO, GTM) to turn priorities into action
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for an “all‑in” individual who thrives in early‑stage environments, is hands‑on, and loves to scale:
* Has strong enterprise and B2B experience, with a proven track record of scaling a B2B technology platform, ideally having taken a product from 0–1, and a strong understanding of PLG, network effects, and direct‑sign up scaling.
* Is deeply customer‑focused and outcome‑driven
* Has operated inside (or led) a scaling B2B technology platform, ideally at an early stage
* Natural leader, structured, organised, and calm under pressure
* Communicates clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
* Wants real ownership and progression, not just a title
* Is comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure as they go
